DMX Arrested, Goes Nuts in Court

DMX appeared in court (again!) yesterday — and went nuts after the judge left the courtroom. DMX has been booked on five counts of probation violation and is being held without bond in Arizona. He’ll be back in court March 16.
Upset that a camera was allowed in court, a fidgety DMX waited for his hearing to begin, and went off afterwards. Looking right at the camera, DMX starting raving “I’m the only one got arrested today … f**king c**ksuckers do it every time man … I get my rights violated but I gotta be quiet about it … f**king bitch man.”
(Yet another)Â Mug Shot and full story after the jump.

Rapper DMX was back in jail Tuesday night for violating his probation by using drugs, including cocaine, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said.
DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, had served a little more than half of his 18-month supervised probation when he was booked into the Fourth Avenue jail. The rapper was released from a Maricopa County jail in May after serving a 90-day sentence for felony convictions including cruelty to animals, theft and two drug counts.
According to court documents, Simmons is accused of using illicit drugs on a regular basis for the past nine months. Authorities indicate he has been given many treatment options, the documents said.
Simmons has been previously convicted for assault, attempted aggravated assault, possession of assault firearm, criminal possession of a weapon, attempted robbery and attempt to purchase cocaine. In addition, he has been previously arrested on suspicion of reckless driving and driving with a suspended license.
Arpaio said he wants to see Simmons sentenced to some “big time,” noting that his deputies have arrested Simmons five times now, including an August 2007 raid on his Cave Creek home, where they found 12 neglected dogs, three buried dogs, drugs and a cache of weapons.
Simmons pleaded guilty in late December to cruelty to animals, theft and two drug counts. Three of the dogs seized remain in the old First Avenue Jail, which Arpaio transformed 10 years ago into a safe hospice for abused animals seized in animal cruelty cases.
“The irony is that the dogs he’s abused have done more time than this guy has done with so many different violations, including assaulting one of my officers,” Arpaio said. “That’s not fair.”
Those dogs are living better than DMX will while in any Maricopa County jail, though, Arpaio said. “I may double bunk him, but I don’t double bunk the dogs,” said the sheriff, who has not yet decided where to place the Simmons. “They’ve got their single cell.”
