You would automatically assume that the goal of promoting an event is to make it as large as possible… For me, that is not always true… I personally prefer a more intimate event, where everybody either knows somebody, or knows somebody that knows somebody… Now, don’t get me wrong, I also like a bangin’ party… Which is why I am excited about The Aquarius Affair taking place this Saturday at Nuvo. Because it will be a sold out event, but with people that you know!! All of the tickets were sold by the two birthday boys, Kwite Sane and Larry Wyland or by one of their friends, or myself and one of my friends… Yet somehow we are running out of the 300+ tickets that we sold!! (Yes, I said that correctly!!)
This week it is a special event at Nuvo, but we are working hard to make every Saturday a special event… On February 20th, we will be mixing the old and the new as we have the Wagar Reunion, then on March 6th, we will be celebrating Chops’ Birthday and on March 13th, we will be celebrating yours truly, JesseWalker.net Birthday. Talking about birthdays, it is two of my friends’ coming up, so I need to shout out Mawga K and Donovan from Little Thunder.
