This is my first weekend in the city after what seems like forever… I was thinking of going to Miami Carnival, but decided to stay in town… I have been living in hotels so long, I do not know how to use shampoo unless it comes in mini-packs. The other reason I wanted to stay in town is because this weekend, I am doing a party that is near and dear to my heart. The Official Club Platinum Reunion Party. For those that do not know, Platinum was the hot spot back in the late 90s, early 00s… Every Saturday it was the place to be… And every week, it was the place that I went… I had a personal link to the club, as I did all of their flyers, and even designed their logo. So I am looking forward to doing the official party, alongside the original promoters, Keith & Karyn and the resident DJ, Smokey, along with DJ Blaster. All this takes place on Saturday at Tabu, 1401 Mackay in Montreal.
This week, we are also continuing our Jay Z Blueprint Tour across Quebec, with stops in Lennoxville on Thursday and Sherbrooke on Friday. And look out for the next PB&J tour across Ontario, taking place October 22-24. Guess it is time to start stocking up on the mini shampoo bottles again…
