BUSTA RHYMES LIVE
Concert to be held at Metropolis on Thursday, August 20th
Rocawear and Coors Light are proud to present one of Hip Hop’s most dynamic performers, Busta Rhymes, live in concert on Thursday August 20, 2009. This concert takes place at the Metropolis, located at 59 Ste.Catherine E., Montreal.
Busta Rhymes career began at the age of 17 as a member of Leaders of the New School. In 1996, Busta broke out with the Solo hit “Woo Hah!! Got You All in Check” from his platinum record album The Coming. His second album, When Disaster Strikes, produced the hit singles “Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Could See” and “Dangerous”.
Over the years, Busta Rhymes is know for releasing classic party anthems and remixes, including the Grammy nominated “Touch It,†“Tear da Roof Off,” “Pass The Courvoisier Part II,†“Make It Clap,†“Ante Up,†and this year’s club banger “Arab Money.â€
The concert is hosted by MC Keith Dean (keithdean.com) with music provided by DJ Blaster (CKUT 90.3fm Ill Groove Garden, djblaster.com), Shortcut (Red Lite, djshortcut.com) and DJ Midas.
The Busta Rhymes concert takes place on Thursday, August 20th 2009. Doors open at 6:30pm, Showtime is at 8pm. The Metropolis is located at 59 Ste.Catherine E., one block east of St.Laurent in the heart of Downtown Montreal. Metro Saint-Laurent. Busta Rhymes en spectacle à Montréal
Un événement qui aura lieu au Métropolis le 20 août 2009.
Rocawear présente Busta Rhymes, un des artistes rap les plus dynamiques du Hip Hop, en concert le 20 août 2009. Un spectacle qui prend place au Métropolis de Montréal qui est situé au 59, rue Ste-Catherine Est.
Busta Rhymes débuta sa carrière dès l’âge de 17 ans comme membre de la formation Leaders of the New School. Il se séparera du groupe en 1996 pour faire carrière solo. Son premier opus en solo sera alors « The Coming » qui devint platine avec le hit « Woo Hah!! Got You All in Check ». Son deuxième album,â€When Disasters Strikes†créa les deux grands succès “Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Could See” et “Dangerous”.
Busta Rhymes a créé durant les années, un vaste répertoire de chansons club, incluant ; « Tear da Roof Off ». «Pass The Courvoisier Part II », « Make it Clap », « Ante Up » et « Touch It » qui fût nominée pour un Grammy, sans oublier le retentissant succès de l’année « Arab Money ».
Sur les planches, Busta Rhymes sera supporté par des invités spéciaux, DJ Shortcut (djshortcut.com),  DJ Blaster (CKUT 90.3fm, Ill Groove Garden, djblaster.com) et DJ Midas seront assurer la musique pour la soirée. MC Keith Dean (keithdean.com) en tant qu’animateur!
Le spectacle Busta Rhymes sera le 20 août, 2009. Les portes ouvriront respectivement à 18h30 et le spectacle débutera à 20h30. Le Métropolis est situé au 59, rue Ste-Catherine est, coin St-Laurent (Métro St-Laurent). Les billets débuteront à 42.95$ + taxes et sont disponibles dans les magasins SubV, Princessa, Triple AAA, City Styles, Off The Hook, High Times (Ste-Catherine Ouest), Lunetz.
